We are pleased to have you contribute to an event supported by Infinite Science Digital Conferencing. On this page essential information about the technical requirements and the workflow of the digital event is given.
All speakers, presenters and chairs are in a zoom meeting in different breakout-rooms. The video and audio signals as well as the backgrounds prepared by the graphics are professionally mixed by our team. The resulting signal is then streamed live.
Access exclusively via the conference portal
Please note that you must register in the conference portal. There you will find the Zoom access data and all further information in the "Speakers and Presenters" section. Further access data is not required.
The individual talks in the sessions are chaired and moderated. Each talk window is 20 min (1 min introduction by the session chair + 15 min presentation + 4 min discussion).
The keynote talks are chaired and moderated. The keynote talk windows are 30 min (2 min introduction by the session chair + 25 min presentation + 3 min discussion).
You will give your presentation via ZOOM; this will be embedded in the livestream by our production.
1. Dial into Zoom
Please dial into Zoom at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation. The access data can be found in the conference portal "Zoom Access Data" in the information area for speakers. You are welcome to dial in from 60 minutes before the start of the event.

In Zoom, technical support will guide you. The presentation will be located locally on your computer.
